Rotameter
Rotameter measures fluid flow based on the throttling principle. It changes the flow area of the fluid to keep the differential pressure above and below the rotor constant, so it is also called a variable flow area constant differential pressure flow meter, also known as a float flow meter.

Main Features
It has the characteristics of simple structure, intuitive, small pressure loss, and easy maintenance. The Rotameter is suitable for measuring small flows through pipes with a diameter of D<150mm, and can also measure the flow of corrosive media.
Main Specifications
Installation Method
RotaMeter has a simple structure and is generally installed vertically on a panel or a vertical pipe section. It is suitable for measuring the flow of low-velocity and low-flow media, but cannot measure media with more impurities. The fluid medium passes through the rotor flow meter from bottom to top.
1.Panel mounted Rotameter:
The LZM series Panel Rotameter is generally installed on the control panel, with both the inlet and outlet located at the back. Therefore, before installation, the inlet and outlet connection ports and the instrument fixing screw holes need to be in an open state.

2.Pipeline Installation Rotameter:
The LZM-G Pipeline series Rotameter can be directly connected in a pipeline, with the inlet and outlet located at the upper and lower ends of the flow meter. The shape can be circular, square, or other polygonal forms (generally, the most commonly used is circular). The connection thread can be either external or internal, and the specifications and materials of the threads can be customized according to requirements.
