Product Details

Attention of Set up and Usage
1.When setting, the direction of the medium should be as the same as the arrow direction of the valves. The valves should be set up only on horizontal pipes. The coils must be at a vertical position. The valves can not be set up in where splashes or leaks, except for the water proof type.
2.The pipes should be clean thoroughly. The medium should be pure with a viscosity < 4°E.
3.A filter of 80~100 mesh should be set up in front of the valve in order to prevent the stuck of the coils. A check should be setup at the back of the valve when the pressure if high to prevent the lax of shutting down or revering of the medium flow.
4.The valve and the residues on the suction surface of the medal core should be cleaned in time. Please check the sealing when disassembled. The broken parts should be changed in time.
5.The valves should not be used in dangerous environment of explosion. Please order the explosion proof type if you need.
6.The bypass devices should be set up to make sure the normal usage. It can help the in time cleaning and changing when the valves faulty. (see following picture)

7.The power condition should be chose according to the name plate. The control relay should connect the lead wire of the valves into circuit. The valves should be installed grounding when set up the system to make the safety.
